Our service is anything but conventional. Under the “NAGRA Media Services” brand we offer professional testing services and first-class technical support for DVB/IP receivers. Failures are rapidly identified and your critical time-to-market process is significantly shortened. Precise test results with high statistical validity increase your effectiveness, even before market launch, and significantly reduce the number of calls made to customer service call centers.

TESC´s innovative and flexible test methods have set standards in the quality assurance of DVB/IP receivers for years, with thousands of verified test sequences, some of which are automated. Over the last few years we have been using automated test procedures, which has allowed us to establish ourselves successfully as a premier testing and solution partner in the international DVB/IP market. Our Automated Test Facility (ATF) offers the same quick, efficient and economical results that engineering teams traditionally obtain by outsourcing to external laboratories.

We also validate the behaviour of individual receiver models or entire receiver platforms in the end-to-end system. These platform tests are intended to ensure the continuous interoperability of receivers and/or smartcards in new CAS and headend configurations, modified DVB/IP signals, new playout equipment or other modifications to the network.
